complex of destination integrated resorts and residential developments in
southern Vietnam, announced today that it has entered into a subscription
agreement with Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) under which Pinnacle
will acquire a 26% equity interest in ACDL in exchange for a $95 million
