Jeffrey Soffer

Jeffrey Soffer, President and Chairman of Fontainebleau Developments, is perhaps best known as the Chairman of Turnberry Associates. Turnberry has built over 20 million square feet of retail space, more than 5,000 apartments and residences, 1.5 million square feet of class "A" office space and thousands of hotel and luxury resort rooms. Their projects include The Residences at Atlantis (Bahamas), the Turnberry Isle Resort and Country Club and the Hilton Nashville.
Jeffrey Soffer personally engineered Turnberry's expansion into Las Vegas, announcing that he was bringing the "mansions in the sky" concept his company created in South Florida to The Strip. Soffer is now focused on his two latest Vegas developments, Turnberry Towers and The Residences, a joint-venture with MGM MIRAGE. Through Fontainebleau, Soffer is also currently developing a US$1.5-billion Las Vegas hotel-casino and remodelling the famed 51-year-old Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.
