Winn Oughtred brings more than 40 years of legal and business experience to the Asian Coast Development (Canada) Limited Board of Directors. The Canada native has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 1969, and divided a distinguished career between two prominent law firms in Toronto, Holden Murdoch Walton Finlay Robinson, where he spent eight years and rose to Partner; and Borden Ladner Gervais, where he was Partner for 32 years, until his retirement in 2009. Key practice areas for Winn included General Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Corporate Governance. Winn serves on the Boards of Oppenheimer Holdings Inc (NYSE), CI Financial Corp (TSX), Toronto-based charitable corporation Belmont House and formerly served on the board of the State Bank of India (Canada).
